For three years he was the deputy project manager for the NIST SGIP Administrator, and was the technical champion for five of the twenty SGIP priority action plans. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the UCA International Users Group, and participates in standards development activities at national and international levels. He is a Senior Member of IEEE.
